Simple, non-intrusive, and highly accurate, this application adheres to the original Leger protocol (1984) or its most popular alternative. All that's required is a pair of running shoes, a flat 20-meter running track, a modicum of enthusiasm, and this application.

<ul>
 <li>This is not a GPS-enabled application; rather, it functions as a timer app that allows you to easily conduct the beep test.</li>
 <li>No ads, tracking, or special permissions are involved.</li>
 <li>It prompts you with beeps, displays shuttle and level visual cues, shows distance covered and time elapsed, offers a 15m or 20m lap choice, and comes with an auto-stop feature.</li>
</ul>

Upon completion, the application will estimate your vo2Max, providing you with bragging rights (hopefully), the ability to compare your fitness to that of the general population, and the opportunity to track your progress.

Caution:

 <li>Runner's high: You may find yourself smiling far too much</li>
 <li>Fitter: Regular use will have you effortlessly running up those stairs</li>
 <li>Leaner: You might need to invest in smaller jeans!</li>
</ul>
